AERES

AERES, which has been requested to evaluate institutions of higher learning and research bodies, chose freedom to build its extranet site, intended to bring together a pool of experts but also to facilitate recruitment. freedom is also used to create the evaluation files and facilitate exchanges between the experts and the schools and institutes evaluated while consolidating the information within a single framework.

CDEF

The CDEF needed to unify its collaborative tools and the applications required for its activity. This became a reality by the implementation of an electronic messaging system, a shared diary and an address book as well as management of leaves, service notes, on-duty time and children’s entrances/exits. freedom helped to meet all those needs either natively or by setting parameters and adapting to specific requirements.

The committee of Save in Touch municipalities, which includes eight towns, needed to unify their collaborative tools as well as the applications required for their needs.
