OVE, an association of 1,000 employees spread out over 42 sites with a budget of €33M, chose freedom to enhance its information system. The main role of freedom is the dematerialization of various in-house files and the formalization of teamwork around them, for example the tracking of projected budgets, worn files and annual reports.

CDEF

The CDEF needed to unify its collaborative tools and the applications required for its activity. This became a reality by the implementation of an electronic messaging system, a shared diary and an address book as well as management of leaves, service notes, on-duty time and children’s entrances/exits. freedom helped to meet all those needs either natively or by setting parameters and adapting to specific requirements.

The committee of Save in Touch municipalities, which includes eight towns, needed to unify their collaborative tools as well as the applications required for their needs.
